Excellent hotel for coastal lovers

Just returned from an amazing stay at Riu Plaza NY Times Square. Superb service, clean rooms, and a convenient location near the piers. Only minor room design quirks. A great find for my next New York visit!

The room was so cozy and well-stocked with everything I needed, like a mini fridge and a super comfy bed. As a traveler who loves a good night's sleep, I felt like I was in my own little haven.

I found the television channels a bit limited, but hey, who goes to New York to watch TV, right?

The location of the property was perfect and nice as we were right by the bars in New York, Sylvia's restaurant and the Shrine bar in both in Harlem, and Restaurants, subway, shows, activities. Moreover, it was 1 km from Broadway Road.

Cutting-edge technology, ideal location for exploring, and top-notch service. From unique room amenities to iconic sights nearby, I felt like a VIP throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start each day, and the gym facilities were a nice bonus. Plus, the convenience of the nearby subway stations made getting around a breeze. Top tip: Make time for the Theater Buffet—it's a must! Cheers to an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

The breakfast food was good, different choices to eat like coffee and pastries. The view from the deluxe king room was splendid. The hotel was in a central location close to everything you want to see.

Hotel was extremely convenient and beautifully appointed, I loved the stay.

I was here for 4 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant with friendly staff. A balcony, air conditioning, and coffee were included and the staff were very professional people specially at the bell desk.

Staff were thoughtful and respectful!

The room was standard sized and contemporary, with a hair dryer, a lounge, and a chair. The breakfast selection was solid and delicious with gluten free options and pancake.

The rooms of our place were great-sized with a view. Central location so close to the island, NYCs top tourist spots and the theatres and the great central park, it was in a modern area.

Fairly clean and vibrant place, has lovely views of the New York skyline. The venue has contemporary rooms and highly courteous staff specially at the bell desk.

Outdoor restaurant on the premises, beautifully decorated and extremely pleasant room with a fridge, toiletries for use, as example. Gluten free and good hot breakfast, particularly coffee and pastries.

Dive into the shabu shabu at nearby Becco, a mere stone's throw away. Hospitality? Like a New Yorker, Riu Plaza dishes out meals with flair. The vibrant bar area buzzes till late.

Watch out for the ice charge—it's colder than a winter day in Central Park. Room size may seem snug at first, but hey, it's New York City hustle and bustle.

Overall it was a comfortable stay for our wedding. Having a coffee maker, a flat-screen TV, and a mini refrigerator in our great-sized room was really great. It was a good location short walk to both taxis and subways, and various subway lines.

I chose this hotel for attending a symposium and it provided excellent facilities for my work trip, including reliable wireless Internet access and well-equipped meeting rooms. The business center and 24-hour reception were also very convenient. The gym was a great plus for keeping up with my workout routine during my stay.

The only service that I missed for my work trip was a shuttle service to the nearby convention center, which would have been very convenient for traveling to and from the symposium.

Even though the hotel was bad, we got brand-new and spotless room with 2 double beds and nice view, as for instance. The breakfasts with multiple options.

They served disappointing breakfast, it can be much better.

The hotel was clean and had amicable and knowledgeable staff who was taking this up with the restaurant manager. The breakfast with multiple options. The location was stunning and fantastic, just next door to R Lounge.
